- Browser Information: uiuLearn automatically checks your browser to determine its compatibility with the system. If you do not meet the requirements, a message will appear. To run an manual check, click here. If at any point you are having trouble accessing information in uiuLearn, a good first step of troubleshooting is to try a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge). uiuLearn supports most browsers, but we recommend the use of the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
- Your user name and password are synced with your myUIU credentials. Click the 'Forgot your password?' link if you are having trouble signing in to uiuLearn.
If you are having trouble logging in to uiuLearn, your password may have expired. Please navigate to myUIU and attempt to log in there. It will prompt you to reset your password if it is expired.
Please note: uiuLearn will be unavailable from 12:00AM to 6:00AM on Friday, November 16. Other UIU services, such as myUIU and the UIU website will also be impacted during this maintenance window.
